I'm Wendy Tadokoro, founder of The Smarter Process Co, based in Brisbane, Australia. For fifteen years I've worked directly with business owners and operations leaders to bring clarity, consistency, and structure to the way their businesses run.

My work sits across four areas: process improvement, process documentation, playbook development, and operational excellence. I hold a Process Triage certification from The Process Fixer, making me one of only a handful of certified facilitators in Australia.
