We added a new court detail called "Pima Court" (see attached) and created a special module for making payments to one specific court, Pima County Consolidated, because that court is different. All good. If we have marked a court as a "Pima Court" (there is only one court we mark), we need to EXCLUDE that court from the "Download Quickbooks import" and "Download All School Checks Plus" documents in the Court Due Reporting page. We will STILL generate a check number for that court, yes, because we must still enter the check number into the State system (that is why we will KEEP the pima check number in the Data Entry Aid.) But we will NOT actually print and mail the checks to that court. That is why we want to remove any checks to pima county consolidated from the "Download All School Checks Plus" document and also from the Quickbooks import.
